Founded in 1998 in Swaziland, the MnS Group has grown into a multi-national organization of various disciplines practicing world wide. Historically the key MnS group elements were performed by MnS Architects and Surveyors (Pty) Ltd, a Swazi based company. From 2016 the survey elements are now undertaken by Route Geographic Consultants Ltd, a British company, with the Architectural elements continuing under MnS Architects and Surveyors (Pty) Ltd.

We have experience in 36 different countries, encompassing four world regions. We have undertaken work for international firms, contractors and international donor organisations.
We have worked on over 600 projects spanning land legal; boundary disputes; engineering civil and structural surveys; LiDAR; photogrammetry; high voltage power line surveys; cadastral registration surveys; specialist surveys such as monitoring and precision leveling surveys; large GIS projects; dam surveys; setting out and contracting surveys amongst others.

Route Geographic Consultants Ltd has two Chartered Land Surveyors at the helm, Martin de Beer and Ruth Adams. The two Directors are supported by fully qualified field teams and senior management with a core team of logistical and professional experts.

Ruth is a Chartered Land Surveyor, Chartered Scientist and Chartered Marine Scientist with a first class honours in Surveying Science and over 25 years of work experience. She has extensive experience of geospatial project management with a background in maritime and military operations. Her key strengths are geodesy, imagery and GIS team management.
BSc(Hons) B Survey Nat. Dip. Eng Survey MRICS
Martin is a Chartered Land Surveyor. He started the survey division of MnS Group in 1998 and oversees and controls all operations. He has extensive experience in directing land survey across the African continent and beyond. Utilizing a broad spectrum of techniques to suit the challenges of a project, he is a dedicated professional providing exceptional service with an inspired approach to problem solving. His key strengths are operational experience and client liaison. He is a qualified pilot, both fixed wing and rotary.
The combined and overlapping skill sets of the Directors gives RGC the flexibility and capacity to produce exceptional quality work on any size project.
Nat. H. Dip Eng. Survey
Sipho is a fully qualified engineering surveyor. He is responsible for all field logistics, data capture and labour and logistics. He is a member of the Swaziland Association of Architects Engineers and Surveyors.
Advanced Diploma in Business and Accounting
Bandile is the Manager of our Swaziland Office. He leads on customer liaison across Swaziland and coordinates all cadastral work, data processing and presentation, including CAD and control. He is qualified under the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
Sipho and Bandile lead on the field operations and data processing respectively. They have been with the organization for over 12 years.
RGC has professional registration in the United Kingdom and Africa. We have European Union registered staff members with World Bank and African Development Bank approval.
